I speak for most of the fans when I say we don't want to see mixed matches with guys, after all, it's a womans promotion! Also, we would like to see the girls wear alluring ring outfits that enchance thier sex appeal! We would also like to see good vs evil scenarios, like Lady Storm vs G.I Ho, Lady Storm vs Alexis Laree, Lady Sorm vs Sinamin, and Dawn Mae vs Barrroom Barbie aka Bobcat! All those matches had the quintesential heel vs the sexy, good looking face, and that really resonates with the fans! Also, the fans like it when the heel resorts to unsavory tactics like pokes to the eyes, hair pulling, and what should be the trademark move for any heel, the low blow! Moderater, what is your take on what I suggested?

i think that SEX is not what dwow is about! i think that it is about a women getting in the ring and showing what she can do,not how she looks!

You are correct, sex is not what DWOW is about, but being a female wrestling promotion were the girls have a lot of sex appeal is! Lets face it, good looking girls wearing risque attire will definitely put asses in the seats!

The real question is, do you want it to be the same as WEW? If your answer is no, then what should be different?

I have DVDS from both-and many of the wrestlers are the same. As for what I'd like-less(or none) male involvement in the matches. Its supposed to be women's wrestling-if some want intergender, have a separate division. Don't care much for hardcore(use of foreign objects in the match) either.Thats not wrestling, its brawling.

Fu*k it! Just get in the ring and wrestle. It has been too long since DWOD has had the public outings that it so deserves!

I'm also not 100 percent sure whether or not Shimmer does any hardcore but from what you say you want, that's the fed for you.

What came first the chicken or the egg? lol GLOOW now DWOW began performing live events in 1999, owned by Dan & Heather Kowal. In 2000, the ground work meetings for WEW evolved with Dan meeting with his former co-workers of ECW Steve Karel and Greg Bagorzy. Steve O'Neill became a partner of DWOW in 2001, as Heather and Dan divorced. Dan wanted DWOW to be the "minor league" where characters and story lines were tested, and WEW would be the "big time". Needless to say, that only lasted so long, as a conflict of interest took place and was one of the main internal battles of DWOW til the Steve left wrestling and officially disbanded the company in 2005 with his partner Dan. DWOW was somewhat reorganized by Steve in 2005 and plans were made to for a return show on February 2, 2006, which saw over 1,200 people in attendance at the New Alhambra. A few more shows were run, and saw their last live event in May 2006 Memorial Day weekend and has been quiet on the live event front since. Steve sold his interest to a company, but the company backed out of the deal within their contract time period, as they were not comfortable running a wrestling company, and the company's interest once again returned to Steve, until May 31, 2008 in which another deal was closed. ***This story and much more will be found on the forth-coming documentary about DWOW and Women's Wrestling in production. mod

Id like to see The Niceguys back in the commisioners role to restore order!! When last we left, the perfect plan was in place to turn the DWOW into a fiery,no holds barred wrestling organization.Yes we DWOW needs girls wrestling,it needs some eye candy and it needs authority....lets go back to where it was before the other organizations swooped in and took its best assets!!

And before you or anyone else may ask --the documentary is in production. It is no where near finished. Dan and Steve's interview alone was just over 33 hours. WOW! I know, that's alot of talking.
As production of the documentary moves forward, there will be promo clips to build the eventual hype of the release.
