Dude,
I'm going to chime in here and risk the wrath of SG.
I have been involved in the Audio/Video business for 37 years (Yes, I'm OLD!) and what Mod says is TRUE.
Editing is a long laborious process. If you consider how much footage DWOW has and you consider that much of it was shot with 2 cameras, you need to realize that, the very first step would be to mix the shots together from each camera. That involves looking at the footage of both and then determining the best shot to use in order to tell the story. A very long process.
Now... If you consider that the lighting etc. might not have been up to snuff, then you have to tweak the footage. In some cases that can be a nightmare.
On top of all that, it might take a Professional editor a couple of hours to edit a 10 minute match but those guys cost a lot of money and get paid by the hour. It's just not feasible for DWOW to go that route.
I would have to assume that the person editing the footage is doing the best he/she can. While, with today's editing packages, slapping footage together is easy, this is not just slapping footage together when you consider what I've written above.
This will take TIME. So, sit back and relax. I'm sure the powers that be are doing the best they can with what they have.
Louie
Wow! We may have to hire Louie! That is if he will work for chips, juice boxes, and some girls rubbing on him at time will be suffice! lol

I too have the experience that Louie does. Give me the software and the footage, I'll do some editing.
