Quite simply... not exactly.
The story is long and has alot of twists and turns. Who knows maybe one day everything will be said in a documentary! lol
DWOW and WEW as companies are not working together in any facet, whether it be wrestling or anything else, FOR THE RECORD.
DWOW wrestlers and staffers seen "hanging out" backstage or at WEW shows, are just that "hanging out". This excludes one individual who actually did clerical work at the last WEW event and got major heat because of something that she said and one of the "bosses" of WEW didn't like what was said. For the record it wasn't what was said that was so bad, but one of the higher ups just didn't like the facts that were spoken and had his ego hurt. More on that in the documentary or shoot interview of Missy Samsonite lol!
So again, DWOW and WEW are not doing "business" together, not that it hasn't been suggested and only would make sense given the histories of the two companies. That is something in another post all in itself. Maybe I'll get into that later on when I have some time to write a bit.

Considering the owner of WEW is both verbally mentioned and in the credits of the EDWOW1 dvd ...
heh he might even actually be in it, I don't actually know what he looks like.

Special thanks does not constitute anything about ownership. If that was the case, he would've been listed as Executive Producer or Producer. And for the record he wasn't "in" EDWOW V1. -MOD.
